A volume of papers will be published on the topic of Tone and Intonation containing around 30 contributions. The volume will be peer reviewed (single blind). It will be dedicated to the role of tone and intonation in language as well as the interaction between them, and is aiming to include theoretically responsible contributions even where the orientation of the paper is
descriptive.

Revised versions are due 1 October, unless otherwise agreed. A final notification should reach you by 1 December 2005, and on 1 February 2006 the final ms will go to the publisher, Mouton de Gruyter.
